We absolutely loved our stay at this trendy hotel nestled in a traditional neighborhood. The location was perfect, with the beautiful lake just a short walk away. We also enjoyed being in the old center of the city, close to popular tourist spots like nanluoguxiang. The room was modern and well-equipped, with luxurious bedding and a serene view. The bathroom was stocked with L'Occitane products and the towels were thick and plush. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. The breakfast was generous and offered a variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a unique and authentic experience.
We did find the prices at the on-site restaurant to be a bit steep.

The hotel had a highly contemporary and tastefully decorated interior, creating a relaxed atmosphere. the staff provided excellent service, with one staff member even offering to walk us to a nearby metro station to ensure we didn't get lost. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being just a 5-minute walk from a popular landmark and having easy access to a nearby lake and its famous restaurants and bars.
The breakfast lacked options, particularly in terms of Western food, which was disappointing. Furthermore, there were no international channels available on the TV, limiting entertainment options.
